UX/UI Designer

TechnoNext is looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about creating seamless digital experiences, have a keen eye for clean design, and love solving user problems through intuitive interfaces — we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Design engaging, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct usability testing and apply user feedback to improve design outcomes
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to constantly elevate our UI/UX standards
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision)
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
Nice to have
- Understanding of responsive design and user-centered design principles
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills
